Come join the CEO of SumoFitness for a free fitness class for 45 min. The event starts at 6 pm. Line up to Sign up for my 14 day free trial fitness trainer and meal plan app to win the lovely gift basket of fitness supplements. You will also get a chance to get a picture with me CEO of SumoFitness on the red carpet. If you want to be featured on my instagram as one of my lovely trainees that is starting there weight loss and fitness goal journey with Sumo Fitness, theres a form to sign for that as well as a disclosure form that you fully understand and accept what we are doing in the class and understand that I’m not responsible if you get injured. I will include some kick boxing. No need for gloves just a lovely part of our warm up. I have punching pads you get to punch and kick with my direction. Then I’ll be including a full body workout and a cool down. No weights or Tera bands needed. Just bring a lovely yoga mat if you feel you need it . 6 pm starts the sign up and pictures and 6:30 will start the fitness class till 7:30 . Will start with a warm up of 5 min. Then we will do a few rounds of punches and kicks. Then we will get started in our full body workout out for 45 min including the cool down. The last 15 mins gives time for any one who needs to use the washroom or do a picture or sign up. 7:45 I start clean up. Must be done and out by 8 pm. Awesome . Only the first 25 people that are going will be included in the event. Will see you there
