On December 5, The Faculty transforms into a two-room Sober Glow Rave bursting with neon energy, immersive décor, and a crowd that glows as hard as they dance. Step inside a world drenched in ultraviolet color, with glowing installations, radiant art pieces, and dance floors designed to ignite your senses. Come dressed in neon, white, or anything that reacts to blacklight—this is the night to sparkle, shine, and stand out. Prepare to be mesmerized by the Pyromystiques, delivering a dazzling glow-and-flow performance that mixes hypnotic movement, LED wizardry, and fire-inspired artistry (without the fire!) to elevate the night’s vibe into something surreal. Thirsty? Wander over to the non-alcohol bar serving delicious crafted mocktails and other suculant sips or boost your vibe at the tasty Energy Shot Bar—just the fuel you need to keep glowing till the last beat drops. GetDown YEG is turning another lap around the sun and we are excited to celebrate this beautiful adventure with all our soul family that has turned this dream into real every day magic.
Since our first show together "Return of The Get Down" we have just announced our 34th show together and would like to celebrate and acknowledge everyone who has bought tickets , worked with us, played and danced or help facilitate and support to make our events happen over the past 1000 funky something days.
We are not here without the artists, performers, designers, street team, sound techs, decorators, lighting teams and promoters! But most importantly this does not happen without the continual support of this amazing community who keeps giving us reasons to keep you all dancing and celebrate our music and arts scene!!

Filling your ears with all that audio goodness is YELRIHS, I AM PREETY, Aleena, Nat Nolan, Maria, OHME, Tripswitch, Dragon, Breitsword and Femme Funk! We will also do an Edmonton Food Bank drive this month, so please bring as many non-perishable food items as you can. We are also requesting gently used winter wear. Donations will get you an entry into a contest for a chance to win free entry to all public events at Faculty in 2026! One entry for food and one entry for clothes! Double your chances!!
