Two unique rooms, rent one or both!
The Vintage Room
Our vintage event room, nestled within our charming event centre. This room has a splash of colour, a beautiful wooden bar area, wooden window table looking onto Whyte Avenue and a small kitchenette for food presentation and cold storage. The timeless charm of this space transcends generations, making it the perfect backdrop for creating memories that will be cherished for years to come.
The Modern Room
Our modern room has a more sleek ambiance with clean lines, minimalist decor and a vibrant atmosphere. The design allows you to bring more of what your vision is to the table. A Slate covered window display area allows you to showcase to a busy art district in the heart of Old Strathcona. An amazing way to advertise a lovely market or art display to draw in passers by.
Rest Area
The rest area is where you will find three self comntained washrooms. The ceiling is a hand painted mural with hidden gems throughout the painting. The more you look the more you see.
There is an area out back which, with some pre-planning and a bit of elbow grease, is sometimes transformed into a beautiful patio space to add to the fun! Ramps for accessibility are available upon request.
Custom Pricing
Rentals can be one room or both by the hour, half day full day or even multi-day events!. We also offer a variety of in house services to help you customize your event. Pricing is event specific.

The Bar
To keep our rental fees lower, The Faculty does run its own bar and concession. However our menu can be tailored to your taste so you can be sure you have everything you personally need and outside catering is welcome. Our staff is profession and well trained on our in house guidelines. Please see our rental agreement for more details.
